Event schedule:
3:00pm – Doors open. Please check in at main level entry and make your way upstairs. Please feel free to bring a 4″x6″ photo or other small item to post on our interactive timeline that will be on the wall near the entrance to the ballroom. Take some time to socialize, and bid on our Silent Auction items. The auction is live so you can start your bidding now! We’ll also have many displays available on the Mezzanine
4:30pm – Buffet-style dinner served featuring Mexican dishes from El Sito and Thai dishes from Far East. Cocktails, beer, and wine, are available for purchase at the restaurant located downstairs from our event hall.
5:00pm – Main Program in the Ballroom with video presentations and guest speakers that will highlight the history of Cascadia, accomplishments, and future programs and transitions. The in-person Silent Auction results will be announced
8:00pm – Music featuring our very own Cascadia members and collaborators
9:00pm – End of event
The recommended dress code is dressy-casual.
